1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any services provided by King's Domain ("we," "us," "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). This document, along with our Privacy Policy, constitutes a legally binding contract between you and King's Domain. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using all of our Services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this site and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To access our Services, you must create an account and agree to the following conditions:

• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration and are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibition of Fraudulent Activity: The use of VPNs, proxies, or ad-blockers on our Free Tier is forbidden. Creating multiple accounts ("alts") to abuse free trials, evade bans, or circumvent service limitations is also strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss you may incur as a result of someone else using your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

Your use of our Services is subject to a strict acceptable use policy. Any violation may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your services without refund. The following activities are explicitly prohibited:

a) Illegal Activities

You may not host, distribute, or link to any content that is illegal under UK law or the laws of your local jurisdiction. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted material you do not have rights to, fraudulent schemes (phishing), and content related to terrorism.

b) Resource Abuse

Our services are designed for game server and Discord bot hosting. You may not intentionally or recklessly consume excessive server resources. Prohibited activities include:

• Cryptocurrency Mining: Any form of cryptocurrency mining or related activity is strictly forbidden.
• Sustained High CPU Usage: Running scripts or applications that cause sustained high CPU loads, impacting server performance for other users.
• Misuse of Storage: Using our service as a general-purpose cloud storage, file-sharing, or backup platform is not permitted.
• Network Strain: Running applications that cause unusually high network traffic, such as video streaming bots or large-scale data scraping.

c) Malicious Network Use

You may not use our services to engage in any malicious network activity. This includes:

• Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) Attacks: Launching any form of DoS or DDoS attack against any target.
• Unauthorized Scanning: Port scanning, vulnerability probing, or any other attempt to test or breach the security of another network or system.
• Malicious Tunneling: Using our services as a proxy, VPN, or tunnel to obscure your identity for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

d) Security Violations & Service Exploitation

You may not attempt to compromise our systems or exploit our services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network. Publicly disclosing any potential security vulnerability without first notifying us and allowing a reasonable time for it to be addressed is also forbidden.

4. Service Provision and Uptime

• Paid Plans: Paid users receive the highest priority on our network and hardware. We offer a 99.9% uptime guarantee for these services. If we fail to meet this, you may be eligible for service credits as compensation.
• Free Plans: Our free services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we aim for high uptime, we do not offer the same performance guarantees or priority support as our paid plans. Resources are shared, and performance may vary.

5. Payments, Billing, and Refunds

• Billing Cycle: Paid services are billed on a monthly subscription basis.
• Payment Methods: We accept payments through PayPal and other methods as specified on our billing page.
• Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked full refund period for new purchases. A partial (50%) refund may be requested between 8 and 14 days. No refunds will be issued after 14 days unless there is a persistent technical issue that we are unable to resolve.
• Disputes: You agree to contact our support team to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

6. Termination of Service

• Termination by You: You may terminate your service at any time by cancelling your subscription through our client panel.
• Termination by King's Domain: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. This is a necessary measure to protect the integrity and security of our platform.
• Free Tier Conditions: Free Tier services are subject to automated monitoring and may be terminated at any time for policy violations, prolonged inactivity, or resource management purposes.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

You expressly agree that King's Domain shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, goodwill, or data, resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We are not responsible for any files or data residing on your account. You agree to maintain all appropriate backups. Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law & Changes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
